My invitation won’t open

Install the iPhone app using the TestFlight link from your group owner. Then reopen the invitation. You can also copy its code and enter it in Groups → Join with an invite. Invitations expire after seven days and can be revoked by the group owner; ask for a fresh one if yours no longer works.

I can’t send my draft

Reconnect, open the saved draft, and tap Send. Sending is always your choice. If a request has been completed or archived, or you no longer belong to its group, the draft stays on your phone but cannot be published there.

Something in a group feels wrong

Use a request’s options menu to report it or block its author. Reporting hides that request from you. Group owners can remove content and members. A published support and appeal contact is required before the public release.

My widget looks out of date

Open the app to refresh. iOS controls widget updates, and widgets stop displaying snapshots after 24 hours. A device that is offline cannot immediately learn that group access has changed.

Delete my account

In the app, open Your corner → Delete my account and confirm with Apple. Your account loses access when deletion starts. Shared content and photos are removed by a retryable cleanup process. Groups you own are deleted too, so transfer ownership in group settings first if you want a group to continue.
