My invitation won’t open

Install Keep an Eye Out from the App Store, then open the invitation again. You can also copy its code and enter it in Groups → Join with an invite. Invitations expire after seven days and can be revoked by the group owner; ask for a fresh one if yours no longer works.

I can’t send my draft

Reconnect, open the saved draft, and tap Send. Sending is always your choice. If a lookout has been found or archived, or you no longer belong to its group, the draft stays on your phone but cannot be published there.

Something in a group feels wrong

Use the menu on a lookout or on a message to report it, or to block the person who posted it. Reporting hides that content from you straight away, and blocking hides everything that person has posted. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and content that breaks the Terms of Use is removed along with the person who posted it. Group owners can also remove content and members. To appeal a decision, write to the address above.

My widget looks out of date

Open the app to refresh. iOS decides when widgets update, and widgets stop showing their snapshot after 24 hours. A phone that is offline cannot immediately learn that group access has changed.

Delete my account

In the app, open Profile → Delete my account and confirm with Apple. That removes your account, everything you wrote and your photos. A group you own passes to its longest-standing remaining member, and a group with nobody left in it is deleted.
